Company Statement on COVID-19
This is an information to our customers, partners and visitors
At dacadoo, we are committed to deliver high quality products and to provide a continuous, reliable service to our customers. At the same time, the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, partners and visitors remains our top priority.
We take the current situation around COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) very seriously and since the start of the crisis in China, we are observing the situation very closely, following also the recommendations and statements delivered by the Swiss Health Ministry, the WHO and CDC. We inform our employees about the latest developments and give them regular updates and guidance for their daily work life.
Our measures to maintain a stable service and operation throughout the crisis include:
- All employees are instructed to work from home and the hardware & appropriate technical infrastructure is provided
- Microsoft 365 tools, chat, VoIP and Video Conference client on all employee notebooks is standard and used by employees on a daily basis. Thus allowing all employees to work and interact within teams and with customers, independent of their current work location
- All dacadoo collaboration tools are able to support the capacity when all employees work remotely
- We already have offices in different geographical locations / countries to ensure continuous software development
These measures are regularly reviewed by our management team and adjusted to the latest developments. We are confident that our proactive management of the situation and setup of measures will contribute to keep our employees safe and ensure the continuation of our services towards our clients.
