Zurich, Switzerland – The innovative mobile health company dacadoo launches today the Brazilian Portuguese version of its award-winning dacadoo health engagement solution with its local partner LivWell Saúde e Bem-Estar in Brazil.

dacadoo offers a comprehensive health engagement and lifestyle navigation solution that enables individuals to track, manage and benchmark their health and well-being in an easy and fun way. Applying the principle of what you can measure you can manage, dacadoo visualizes the current health and well-being of an individual with a personal Health Score, a scientifically calculated number from 1 (low) to 1,000 (high). The score works as an indicator and moves up or down in real-time, depending on how the body values, emotional wellbeing, and activities (exercise, nutrition, stress and sleep) change.

Brazil is not only a very large market with a population of 300 million people but also a quick adopter in online services. It has among the highest adoption rates of social media such as Facebook and Twitter in the world and it is expected that the uptake of digital health and wellness solutions have a high potential for growth in this country. Given the specific market conditions of Brazil, dacadoo signed a reseller agreement with the innovative team of LivWell Saúde e Bem-Estar that are based in Joinville, Brazil and who focus on Brazilian corporate health programs. The dacadoo website and the mobile dacadoo apps for the Android and iPhone smartphones are now fully available in Brazilian Portuguese.
