Dublin, Ireland and Zurich, Switzerland – Irish Life, Ireland’s leading life insurance and pension company, has launched the next-generation digital health engagement application MyLife to its 1.3 million Life and Health insurance clients in Ireland, in collaboration with the Swiss-based digital health pioneer dacadoo.

As part of Irish Life’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of their customers, the company aspired to launch a digital solution to help members transform their health. As a trusted Irish brand with connections to so many customers, the company is ideally placed to promote health benefits and to help customers better understand and improve their own health.

dacadoo develops and operates a digital, mobile health engagement platform that helps insurance members actively manage their health in an easy and fun way. Engaging them to remain active and healthy, the company applies motivational techniques from online games, collaborative features from social networks, and personalized feedback and the patented dacadoo Health Score to better understand and improve their health.

Both companies have announced the launch of the next-generation digital health engagement application named “MyLife” by Irish Life, which was developed by dacadoo in Switzerland. MyLife will be available to the 1.3 million life and health insurance clients of Irish Life in Ireland, both individual and corporate clients.
