Your Role

As a Digital Marketing & Client Success Specialist focused in digital engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients by optimizing user engagement strategies and supporting marketing activities. Your main responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients, guiding them to success through analytics, tools, and monetization strategies.
• Use data to diagnose performance and propose tailored improvements (user activity, retention, acquisition).
• Design and deploy creative user engagement campaigns that activate, retain, and re-engage users.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen strategies and content innovation.
• Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns within our app.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts with insights, demos, and strategic input.
• Create and document marketing processes, best practices, and benchmarks, as well as develop new engagement concepts.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns on our platform, test new ideas, and oversee digital operations for prospects and pilot programs.

Your Profile

• A degree/qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Client Success, or a combination of both, ideally in the SAAS industry.
• Experience in managing marketing acquisition and engagement campaigns, especially for loyalty programs or mobile apps.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Retail is a plus
• English mothertongue, other language an asset.
• A hands-on and proactive team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Matomo, Hubspot, Canva, AI tools and performance dashboards.
• Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
